Plot[]
More info: Plot Summary
10 years since the Great Disaster, in the Island City-State of Millmana, most of the mainland has sunk. Several of the islands have suffered great damage, yet in spite of the calamity, people continue to live with their chins high, with each island aiding in restoration. The curtain opens in the middle of a mission by a member of one of Millmana's vigilante corps, Mad Hopper 3, real name, Halt.
As he is flying over East Millmana, he is ordered by Sarah to meat her at Nien Forest, as a settlement there is being attacked by bandits. Despite his disregard for the village, he chooses to go along anyway. Running out of fuel at the coast line, he chooses to cut through the forest. Pressing on through a monster attack, he sees the burning settlement at the base of a cliff, and more importantly, the bandits' airship.
He is approached by Sarah, who reveals they were no match for them, as they were a fully armed military. Hearing they were there to abduct a castaway girl, he chooses to leave the village for the rest of the vigilantes and ask Sarah to fly him by Air Bike towards the command ship. After rescuing the young girl, Mizuha, the two are chosen to save the world from Aldia's ambition... And an incoming threat.
